We're looking for a Semi-Senior Legal Counsel to support broader legal and compliance matters across our stablecoin operations, Bermuda regulatory licensing, and other corporate needs — someone who can engage directly with regulators, lead legal analysis, and help shape our compliance strategy from the inside.

What you'll do

• Drive the regulatory licensing and development in Bermuda
• Act as the primary point of contact with the local regulator
• Analyze regulatory viability and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments
• Prepare and review all legal documentation required for licensing
• Draft and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures
• Support the structuring of agreements with institutional counterparties
• Coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions

What we're looking for

• Law degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Law, Financial Institutions, Fintechs, or Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).
• Solid knowledge of virtual assets, blockchain, and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Advanced level of English written and spoken (regulatory engagement is conducted in English)
• Autonomous and ownership-driven
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and their application to legal research, document drafting, and compliance workflows
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools: Notion, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and similar platforms

Nice to have

• Prior experience with licensing processes in Bermuda or similar jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of international compliance standards (FATF) frameworks applied to the virtual assets environment.
