We run two verticals: fully backed local-currency stablecoins (ARGt, BRAt, COLt, MEXt and more) for payments and settlement, and tokenization of global assets (funds, stocks, ETFs) through our licensed entity in Bermuda. Our clients are exchanges, wallets, fintechs and asset managers across the region.

The role

We're looking for a FinOps Analyst to join our Operations & Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations & Finance. You'll get full visibility into the financial, corporate and regulatory operations of a multi-jurisdiction company, and you'll play a key role in making those operations scale through solid processes and automation.

What you'll do

Finance and reporting

• Run the monthly close: P&L, cash flow, and bank and onchain reconciliations.
• Track budget, expenses and vendor payments.
• Support tracking of company OKRs and KPIs.

Operations

• Reconcile reserves against circulating supply for each token.
• Prepare the Proof of Reserves report and support reviews with external accountants.
• Support the day-to-day management of reserve instruments.
• Monitor onchain metrics and maintain dashboards.
• Support operations across bank accounts and wallets in multiple jurisdictions.
